Thank you for shopping at RareFragrances. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Full Bottles: Most items purchased from RareFragrances can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Made-to-Order Fragrance Samples: Due to the custom nature of made-to-order fragrance samples, we are unable to accept returns on these items.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging and labels intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if items show any signs of wear or do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@rarescents.com.au with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at [insert contact email] and send your item to our return address.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@rarescents.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
