1. Order Processing (Handling)
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order. This includes preparing your items, and packaging.
- Business Days: Our processing time refers to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays in Melbourne, Australia.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping
- Shipping Time (Samples): Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-10 business days after being processed.
- Shipping Time (Full Bottles): Some of our full bottles are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Dubai, UAE, and shipped thruogh FedEx Express, Shipping times will vary depending on your location, customs clearance and any unforseen circumstances. Typically full bottles are delivered within 5-10 business days after being processed.
- Shipping Methods: We use AustraliaPost for our Samples and Fedex for Our International Bottle Orders to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The courier used for your order may vary based on your location and the size of your order.
- International Shipping: For orders to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand we use Internatioanl Couriers with shipping times from 5-10 business days.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.
3. Shipping Charges
- We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $49 and a flat $14.95 for Express Shipping (For Sample Orders Only).
4. International Shipping
- Currently we do NOT offer international shipping.
5. Delivery
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup from a local depot.
